Mouth Ulcers and hiv

Hi doc,
Could you please confirm for me if mouth ulcers on there own without any other symptoms of hiv could be a sign of acute hiv. the reason i ask this is that i hjave been worried about possible hiv transmission fro the past 7 weeks and have yet to have any symptoms at all, other than 2 mouth ulcers that have appeared within a couple of weeks of wach other. also if you have acute hiv will the ulcers take longer to heal ? some website tell me that outh ulcers are a sign of acute hiv (but can they be the only sign) others tell me that they rae more likely a later sign of hiv rather than ARS.

Thanks for your time , i would really like to understand because some website s can be misleading
