Mutual Masterbation with Abrasions. Risk of HIV?

Hi, I've read through many posts about Mutual Masturbation carrying no risk for HIV, however can't see to find specific answers if this risk changes if I am uncircumcised and I have a minor abrasion on the head of my penis? Can you please advise if there is a HIV risk here. I had an encounter with a Commercial Sex Work in Jakarta that involved vagina fluids coming in contact with my penis during masturbation, both from my own hand and hers?

I can't answer what to do or not to do with your partner, just that you had no HIV risk.
