Mutual Masturbation with ejaculate

Gay man here.  Will someone let me know how risky in the situations below? Met up with another gay male. He stated he was HIV-. We did the following:

1. Deep kissing for an hour.
2. He performed oral on me for 20 minutes. I did NOT on him.
3. We mutually masturbated..little concerned here.  He grabbed my penis and his penis together in his hand and ejaculated A LOT on the head of my penis. I was NOT wearing a condom. His semen literally covered the head/glans of my penis.  If he were HIV+, could the semen that covered the head of my penis be a risk? I masturbated with his ejaculate...but went home and showered ASAP.  He did ejaculate a lot ...which concerned me because it was not just precum. Can people get infected by semen/ejaculate covering the head of the other partner's penis??

Teak,
I see that you answer quite a few questions on here and seem quite knowledgeable about HIV.  May I ask, Have you ever heard of someone getting infected with HIV this way?  [When another male ejaculates on the unprotected head of another male to the point that the other partner's penis has been covered with semen?].

I am trying my best to rationalize this, since semen is considered a mechanism for HIV infection and the head of the penis has the urethra.  My only practices with men in the last year have been receiving oral sex [from which I have read here is not a risk].  Your input is greatly appreciated.

How many times do you have to be told you never had an exposure?

Now I am terribly confused. Do I need testing? Ill get a positive result because of this event?  This guy had his and my penis held together and ejaculated. When he ejaculated, the head of his penis was right next to mine and his semen covered the head of my penis.  Not enough time to become inactive IF he was HIV+?

So do false positives when a test wasn't needed in the first place.

Thanks Vance and Nursegirl.  I do need to believe that and accept it. Sometimes accepting comes from testing.

NO risk.  HIV cannot maintain its effectiveness outside of the body.  You don't have an HIV concern.

I did re read them.  The previous poster stated I needed testing..yet their response is not here.  Don't know why.  But I'll get tested in the next 6-8 weeks to be safe/sure. Thank you for your replies.

Thanks Vance for your response.

This guy, when rubbing (frottage) came a tremendous amount of semen.  I would figure, after learning that there are receptive cells to HIV in the urethra and the tip of the urethra for HIV receptor cells.  That is why I am concerned.
Have you ever heard of such a scenario?  Ever heard of someone getting infected this way?   I know this situation is different than a male ejaculating on a cut, because a cut on the body does not have the HIV receptor cells as the urethra of a penis has or the rectum.

HIV is transmitted from:
Unprotected vaginal and/or anal sex
Mother to unborn/nursing baby
IV drug use

So..who do I believe?  Is 9789 wrong???

No this is not a risk for HIV. HIV is not transmitted outside of he body. So his seman to start with you need more then a little, second the chance of it getting into your uretha is very very small and last once as the virus exits the body it is deactivated shoertly after that.

Again no risk.
