Hola doctor muy buenas tardes desde España.Estoy muy angustiado por que tuve una relación con una sexo servidora el 17/9/2012, en todo momento con preservativo.El problema vino cuando a la semana me apareció un sarpullido muy rojo en la axila izquierda y a los 5 días en la derecha(solo axilas) una semana después caí como con una faringitis sin fiebre unos pequeños ganglios inflamados(aunque creo que siempre están así,porque los tengo todavía encontrándome bien) eso me duro 8 días.
1)Puedo estar infectado?
2)Me he realizado una prueba elisa rápida 4 generación +antígeno p24  pasados 35 días (la del pinchazo en el dedo).
3)Es necesario que me realice otra prueba?
ES QUE A RAÍZ SOBRETODO DEL SARPULLIDO Y DE LA FARINGITIS ME AGOBIE UN MONTÓN  HASTA ENTONCES NI PENSABA YA QUE HABÍA ESTADO PROTEGIDO EN TODO MOMENTO.Hasta me lleve el preservativo y lo llene de agua y no perdía.Agradecería su pronta contestación porque estoy con ansiolíticos y ni eso me hace nada. Hello Doctor very good afternoon from España.Estoy very distressed because I had a relationship with a sex servant on 17/09/2012, at all times preservativo.El problem came when a week I appeared a very red rash on left armpit and 5 days in the right (just armpits) fell like a week later with a small sore throat no fever swollen glands (although I think it is always the case, because I have found myself still good) that I lasted 8 days.
1) I can be infected?
2) I've done a quick ELISA p24 antigen 4 generation + past 35 days (of the finger prick).
3) I need to test again?
IS IT ESPECIALLY FOLLOWING THE RASH AND PLENTY PHARYNGITIS ME UNTIL THEN stir or think as I had been protected at all MOMENTO.Hasta I take the condom and fill it with water and your prompt reply perdía.Agradecería not because I'm with anxiolytics and even that makes me anything.
