My risk by these hiv exposes

Hello everyone,I am gay asian and would you please do me a favour to help me check my risk by these several exposes.
1) Perform oral sex on a gay male whose hiv status is unknown and he ejaculated in my mouth.I knew everyone in the form believes that oral sex should be no risk, but there is a new medical report says that they found a gay guy who caught hiv by oral sex in 2007,and many people was becoming scary by the report in our country now.
2)  A gay male whose hiv status is unknown ejaculated on my penis and after a few seconds he rubbed his glans to mine with  the fluid roughly. After that I found that there was a sore on my glans' skin, but it was not bleeding.
3) I had protected anal sex and I was bottom, but I am afraid that the condom isn‘t good quality because the News said that there are lots of shoddy condom seller in my city.

Thanks a lot and the form is famous in our country, we are deeply appreciating all the experts and volunteers.

you don't required to check the condom by filling water, if condom broke it will exposed completely. you don't have to bother HIV as you don't put yourself at risk.

Thanks teak,it means a lot to me. And if I can say that we don't need to believe the report which declared they find someone infect by oral sex.
And I checked the condom by filling it with water. Does it help to make sure that it was used correctly? Even if it is low quality?

thank you for your quick and great helpful reply.
