A lil Re assurance needed

My friend went to a csw at a busy massage parlour. the csw performed oral sex on him, he said that the tip and half of the penis was covered with condom, he ejaculated in the condom. Then she used a dirty wet cloth to take the condom off and the cloth touched his wet naked  penis and penis  after he ejaculated. He is worried that she sees many customers a night and what if she uses the cloth on every man and what if their was fresh wet semen from another man on it when she touched the cloth on his bare penis and penis tip from where urine comes out, because he said that every half an hour the csws see new men. Also he was afraid of the towel that they gave him to shower with and said that the towel may be dirty when he touched his penis etc etc.

So i told him that he doesnot need to worry at all. she used a condom, his tip was covered. and anyways their is no risk of hiv from oral condom or no condom. he was worried about the cloth thing more so i told him that even in the worst case if their was fresh semen on the cloth she used to clean from another man. as soon as ejaculated semen whether precum or full white ejaculated semen is exposed to air, even for a second the hiv virus dies completely. so even if their was ejaculated white semen from another man from 1 minute ago on that cloth, he has no reason to worry at all. Same thing applies on the case of the shower towel.  So i just wanted to ask an experienced and reliable doctor that no testing is needed right?

Welcome to our Forum.  Before I answer your question, let me point out that in our experience, when clients claim that they are asking questions for a friend, they are usually not being truthful and that they are actually asking their own questions.  Pretending to be someone else is silly.

If you are asking a question for a friend however, you will only get this single reply since the purpose of our Forums is to provide advice directly to concerned persons.

First, most commercial sex workers do not have HIV.  Thus "your friend" is unlikely to have been exposed.  Even if he was however, HIV is not transmitted by transfer of genital secretions on one person's hands to another or on or through contaminated cloth or clothing.  Even if the towels used in the situation you describe were contaminated with someone else’s genital secretions and even if that person happened to have HIV, there would still be no risk at all of transmission of infection and no testing would be needed.
