razor burn

About a month ago I had protected sex with a sex worker in Shanghai.  Approximately two days before this I shaved my pubic hair and the hair around the shaft of my penis.  There was a rash that existed at the time of sex and I've had minor flu like symptoms (nausea, sore throat mouth sores).  Can HIV be transmitted through a razor burn rash?

Thanks,  I'm still feeling ill (fever that comes and goes, nausea, swollen neck).  I'm just worried the razor rash on my penis shaft might have opened up during the sex and some of her vaginal fluid entered these areas that the condom didn't cover.  As I said in an earlier post, the condom didn't go all the way down.

This is my last post on this.  Thanks for the advice.

I just tested negative 30 days after this exposure.  What are the chances I will test positive at 3 Months?  Do most people test positive within 30 days?

Thanks.  Condom was on, but didn't cover bottom of penis shaft.  Does the virus have to enter directly into the urethra?

Unless you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex then you don't have a risk of contracting HIV.
