Need help on analyse my symptoms

Good day dr,
First of all pardon for my english as i am not a native english user.

On the date on 2nd january 2009, i went to a massage center, there is a massage girl she masturbate me using her hand, and she also did suck and lick on my nipples, we did french kiss

and i did put my finger inside her vagina, i clearly remember awhile after that, i rub or touch my inner corner of my eye with the same finger(this is the most worried part for me).

it doesn't botther me earlier, only my body feeling fatigue on the first 3 days

but on the 5th january 2009, i started developed the symptoms,
what worrys me the most is the i had something similiar to Benign fasciculation syndrome(BFS) which is the twicthing or jumping of the muscle around my whole body especially when i'm at rest. this had NEVER happened in my life. sometime my leg, hand, head, body. its everywhere. Its some kind of neurological disorder

other than this, i have something like dry mouth(obviously feeling it), unknown fatigue, pain in the bone or join, and also red blotchs on my left shoulder ( all happened mostly after 5th january).
and i checked in CDC, this is all related symptoms to HIV

i want to get tested as soon as possible, but most sugggestions i saw online is 6 weeks.
i'm not able to wait that long as i cant sleep, cant work well.

i planned to get tested on 11th day(13January), 3 weeks, 6 weeks.

is my symptoms strongly indicate of HIV?
when u recommened me to get tested?
and is there anything i can do now other than wait?
how soon can i get tested?

any words or advise will be great help to me, as i am in extremely anxiety.
thanks

(P.s is my first time in those place and i am so regretful, i am 24 this year male)

Neurological complications are fairly common in advanced AIDS, but occur rarely if ever in early HIV infection.  Even in AIDS, I doubt muscle twitching ever is the only symptom.

That's all for this thread.

Dear Dr,

would you mind share some thoughts why you said Muscle twitching/fasciculation is not a symptoms for hiv?

as i read from CDC that neurological disorder is one of the HIV symptoms.

just some addon to my knownledge in HIV, thanks dr.

Thanks doc, i wish i am able to calm myself,
but i would go for the HIV test just for my anxiety release.

if you dont mind, may i ask doc about your opinion on HIV Cure, do you think in few year time the Cure can be generated? or there might a possibility in the future according to the process of researches on hiv currently?

god bless the world.

HIV is not transmitted by hand-genital contact, kissing, or mouth contact to nipples -- even if the woman had HIV, which she probably did not.  The same is true for your hand contact with your eyes afterward.

Muscle twitching is not a symptom of new HIV infection.

You are overreacting; it is your regret and anxiety causing all your problems, not HIV.  It is not possible you caught HIV from the events at the massage parlor.  Visit a clinic or doctor if your twitching continues or you otherwise remain nervous.  From a medical or risk assessment persepctibve, you do not need HIV testing.

Best wishes-- HHH, MD
