Need of Test

Hi All,

Thank you for helping and advising on these matters. My quick question: protected sex with a Romanian sex worker from an expensive strip-club at Vienna, used a condom with no failures, unprotected rough oral sex both ways (me to she, she to me), my mouth hygiene is OK and unprotected fingering. I am married. Shall I need to get tested? or I was in a no risk situation?

Thank you

G

No, no matter what her background, there was no risk for HIV associated with the activities that you describe.  EWH

Thank you. I know this will sound estrange. I just found out she has been in a couple of hard core porn movies, will that change the assessment? I mean, in my mind everything was safe, was no risk conducts.

Regards,

Welcome back to the Forum.  The exposure you describe was a no risk exposure.  It is unlikely that your partner had HIV- most commercial sex workers do not and CSWs who work at an expensive clubs are less likely than average to have HIV.

Condom protected genital sex is safe sex.  As for oral sex, there are no scientifically proven cases of HIV transmission from either giving or receiving oral sex.  Similarly, there is no risk from unprotected masturbation of a partner, even if she was infected.

From your description there is no need to worry an no need for testing.

I hope my comment is helpful.  EWH
