Hola antes que nada agradecer la extraordinaria labor que ustedes practican en este foro y brindarles un caluroso y respetuosos saludo para el personal medico, mi situación de riesgo fue sexo con sexo servidora callejera en ciudad de Mexico el 9 de enero del 2014, yo radico en Israel, la situación fue que use preservatico fue sexo oral y vaginal ella portaba el preservativo, al momento de la penetración sentí un dolor intenso en el meato y pensé que seria por el latex del preservativo terminamos el acto y eyacule fue de ella con el preservativo aun colocado, el 18 de enero regreso a Israel presento un cuadro de uretritis a la semana de mi llegada me da faringitis inflamación de ganglios en el cuello, fiebres altas y diarreas...., la uretritis pero sin exudar nada se me ha complicado pues he tenido inflamación de ganglios inguinales dolorosa fiebre en los genitales inflamación de testículos y he desarrollado el síndrome de reiter uretritis artritis reactiva en toda la pierna derecha y uveítis, tenido mareos y sensación de vomito persistente dolor en las piernas rodillas y en los riñones tambien en las ingles, por temor y vergüenza no he ido a atenderme aun... use el preservativo y al final parecía estar integro no roto o rasgado...., posterior mente he tenido dolores musculares dolores de cabeza intensos aparte de sangrado rectal al momento de defecar y estreñimiento y dolor estomacal y pélvico que van de leve a intenso todos los dias, me he practicado la prueba de vih ... el procedimiento es prueba rápida mas análisis de laboratorio hiv combo ag ab assay p24 a los 53 días ( 2 de marzo  2015 ) y repito el procedimiento a los 93 días ( 13 de abril del 2015 ) dando negativo quisiera saber si ello es concluyente o talvez debería repetir la prueba de ante mano muchas gracias y un fuerte abrazo...

You had NO RISK for HIV because you had protected vaginal intercourse, and the tests you've taken have proven you are negative.

I'm not sure I understand when you say...."I use condoms 'ALL THE TIME' was vaginal and oral sex..........."

Are you saying a condom was used for the oral sex, as well?
If no condom or dental dam was used for the oral, you ARE at risk for STD's and should be tested for those.

When you saw the doctor 2 days ago, did you tell him/her about the oral sex with the CSW? If so, they would (or SHOULD) have run a complete STD panel. If they didn't and are only treating your symptoms, you need to go back and request an STD panel to rule out all STD's.

I am NOT a doctor nor am I an "expert," but I know more about HIV prevention than I do about the signs and symptoms of STD's. If you have further questions about STD's, I recommend you post on our STD Forum.

But seeing your doctor with all the symptoms you've written about  is the VERY SMARTEST course of action for you.

Thank you for your opinion, and I send a cordial greeting, I think I've caught lifogranuloma venereo my risk was sex with prostitute in Mexico City, I Use condoms all the time was vaginal and oral sex, when vaginal intercourse I felt a pain in the meatus of my penis, I thought it would for the latex, all occurred on January 9, 2015, everything has evolved first urethritis (burning urination and pain in the urethra) continuing in a couple of weeks inflammation of testicles throat with high fever swollen lymph pain between his legs and genitals and burning, before I dyed uveitis (black spots in sight) across arthritis pain right leg from the foot to the femur and candidiasis oral with bumps on tongue ... rectal bleeding rectal pain .... This has led me into horror and all I've done is get a fourth generation ELISA test HIV p24 ab ag plus a rapid test at 53 risk days and repeating at 93 days more HIV rapid test other ag ab p24 could already rule out HIV infection ... today visitare the doctor and I'm even with mild pain in the lymph from the legs and pain in joints testicles whole body especially in armpits that since the beginning it hurts me too much arms. thanks for your kind feedback and response.
