Need some advice

I have serious issues with OCD and Anxiety and no doubt this has played on my mind in regards to risk from HIV. Two days ago whilst on a night out I ended up having sex with an escort, this escort was a transexual and from Brazil. We have protected anal sex both ways and unprotected oral both ways. My main concern is the unprotected oral sex, I've read through some of the posts about people with bleeding gums, wisdom teeth removal and their concerns, mine however involves my wisdom teeth that have come through around 6 months ago, because the skin at the back is broken with the tooth coming through is this considered to be open wound? and a potential way for the virus to get into my blood, my wisdom teeth have never bled or anything like that but I just cant stop panicking about it. Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

Many thanks
