Very scared what should i do, need your opinion. Should i also complain to the manager?

I go to this restaurant all the time, because it is so close by home.
On Sunday evening I went to a Apple bee’s restaurant to have some beers. I was drinking beer sitting by the bar on one of those big stools, and I suddenly dropped my car key from the bar top, so I bent down to pick it up. I felt a sudden hard prick in my right nipple, and I got up to see who did it. Then I saw a girl who suddenly ran to the other end of the bar and was talking to some one, and then I was like is that you, and she is laughing so weirdly(sarcastically). I don’t know who she is, but it seems that she has seen me an year back at the same place. She is one of the bar tender’s girl friend. It seems she was working at Applebees long time back just for a short while, and figured out that she was not making enough money and started working at a strip club. I think what it was that, she used her finger nails and pricked me on my nipples, although I cannot tell for sure, as everything happened in a fraction of a second. I got so mad and I complained to the bar tender, and they were all talking about it and the other bar tender who was working(and whose girl friend is that), he left the work and took the girl and left away. I got so scared, mad and left home. I should have complained to the manager the same night. I did a mistake by not doing so.
Now my question is
@ Do I need to worry about HIV or any other STD from this incident?
I did not check my nipple after going home, to see if I had a cut, but in the morning I looked at it, I felt like an impression, like if some one uses finger nails to scratch you, but again I did not feel like any blood or anything. I checked on my left nipple, and on that side also there is like that impression, so I don’t know may be nipples are like that.
I am freaking out after this incident, as to may be she did it intentionally to infect me, and if indeed she did it intentionally she will go to hell.
I told my wife about this. We were actually planning for a second kid, I don’t know what to do now? Can anyone please guide me on this?

Thanks for your time Lizzie. Then what was the sudden prick i felt, exactly on my right nipple, did she just used her finger nails to do that. What if she had cut my nipple, ofcourse i was wearing a tshirt. Please advise me, if i need to wait and get tested, and then plan for the baby. I am going through lot stress on this incident.

Please answer my question. Ineed opinions to judge my risk and if i should get tested. I dont want to pass hiv to my baby or family if you think there is a chance that i might get from this incident.
