I have tested again at week 11 and got negative again. I will leave it alone now and move on. As other poster said won't celebrate because i tasted a really small part of it a nd got scared to ****, can't imagine what it should be like to be positive, or even to be in a high risk group, to all of them best of lucks and i think it's not even worth the scare to take ANY risks. Hope to one day celebrate as a cure is developed and hope is available to everyone.
Thanks Dr HHH for the support you provide here.
Oral candidiasis occurs in immunologically normal people. I had it myself once.

Reacting only to the title you chose for this thread, before reading the question: A negative HIV test 7 weeks after a possible exposure is virtually 100% proof against a new infection. If your question describes symptoms, you can be sure they are not due to HIV. Test results always are more reliable indicators for or against a new HIV infection than symptoms--no matter what the specific symptoms are.
Now I have read your question. You had a low risk exposure, especially since your partner says she is HIV negative. Your symptoms don't particularly suggest HIV, and the test results prove they have some other cause. You don't need further testing.
Best wishes-- HHH, MD
