testing accuracy - hiv

I have spent the last six months waiting to find out if I am okay.  I tested at 9 weeks, 13 weeks and six months (to the day) after my possible exposure.  All test were oraquick oral and all were negative.  I thought I would have been relived, but I am still upset and ruminating over it.

Then yesterday I was sewing a patch on for a friend of a friend and seeming pricked my finger with the sewing needle. I didn't notice it until this morning, when I had a tiny blood spot on my thumb nail. (It just pierced the nail from the top, not thru the finger. I have thin nails) The sewing needle was from his sewing kit, and I know he had used the needle in the last week to try and sew the patch on himself.

S0 my questions are:
1) Even though the tests were oraquick, can I rely on the results to mean I am absolutely fine and do not have hiv?

2) Is there any chance at all the the sewing needle could be something for me to worry about?

Your advice to others has helped me thru the last six months and I am very grateful for the work you do.

Thank you.

The tests are fully reliable and you can be 100% you didn't acquire HIV during your exposure 6 months ago.  Your ***** from the sewing needle exposure undoubtedly carried zero risk of HIV transmission.
