Hi all. Back at the end of December 2015, I made a bad decision and had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a woman whose status I did not know. I told her afterwards I was concerned with possibly catching something, but she told me she was clean. Towards the end of March, I noticed a small white bump on the head down there, which I assumed was a pimple or something, but decided to make an appointment with my doctor (after deciding to do some home research online, which is a bad idea). I suddenly was very fearful about having HPV or HIV, and was so stressed about the unknowns that I decided to take one of the Oraquick oral HIV tests before my appointment. I followed the directions exactly and the test came back negative. I was relieved until I got out of my doctor appointment, being told that I had a yeast infection. I suddenly remembered seeing yeast infections as one of the symptoms of HIV, plus I have had a runny nose and cough for a few days(which is a little productive), and have been tired the past few weeks. All of this is making my anxiety rise again. Am I being overly paranoid? Should I retest?
