Am I Infected??

Hello Doctor,

First of all, I apologize in advance because I am not a native english speaker, so I will do my best to explain my situation.

I had a single protected anal sex with a sex-worker Asian transsexua, and I (received) unprotected blow job from him (He sucked my penis without condom), But my concern is that during the anal sex,(He intercourse me) before he ejaculate he pulled his penis and the condom slipped in me, then he pulled the condom from inside and I don't know if there was pre-cum inside the condom or not, finally he ejaculate on my face.

I went to the GUM and did the antibody test, the result was negative. Then I offer The sex-worker  to do the test and he accepted it, was also negative.

My questions are :

1. If i let him to do the 4th generation HIV test after 2 weeks, Is this will be reliable and conclusive that I am in safe ?

2. My concern is that maybe he is in a window period, is it possible to transmit the virus to me when the condom slipped ?

3. Any ideas about any test that I do or let hem to do it to make sure that he was negative when he was intercourse me?

4. How risky I am???

Im in very very anxiety and eating disorder, Please doctor if you tell me what the conclusive test for me, it was my first recieptive intercourse ever. And I  have heard that Asia region the HIV is a common virus there.

Thank you

Even if your partner was in the process of seroconverting to HIV, there is no evidence that receipt of oral sex is associated with risk for HIV.  EWH

Two weeks is sufficent.  If his 3rd generation antibody test in negative two weeks after your exposure, he was not in the "window" period at the time of your exposure.  EWH

Welcome to the Forum.  As I understand it, your exposure included receipt of unprotected oral sex (your partner on you) and anal intercourse in which you were the recipient.  During the condom protected anal intercourse, as your partner removed his penis form your rectum, he slipped out  of the condom.  If this is the case, there is no risk related to this exposure.  It is not uncommon for condoms to remain in place as partners remove themselves from their partners and when this is done, the condom has done its job.

I also note that your partner was tested for HIV and has had a negative test after you had sex with him. If this is the case, it is very, very unlikely that he had HIV, further reducing your aleady low risk for infection.

In answer to your specific questions?
1. If i let him to do the 4th generation HIV test after 2 weeks, Is this will be reliable and conclusive that I am in safe ?
Yes, if he has another 4th generation HIV test two weeks after you had sex, and it is negative, there is no risk of you getting HIV from the encounter you describe and no further testing of either of you is needed.

2. My concern is that maybe he is in a window period, is it possible to transmit the virus to me when the condom slipped ?
The HIV window period is a brief, rare event.  Your partner has apparently avoided becoming infected thus far- it is unlikely that he has recently acquired infection and was in the window period,  Nonetheless, if he were in the window period, his test would be positive in two weeks.

3. Any ideas about any test that I do or let hem to do it to make sure that he was negative when he was intercourse me?
Having him tested at two weeks after your exposure is the best and most direct way to make sure that he was not infected and was not in the window period.

4. How risky I am???
Your risk is close to zero.  I would not worry.

I hope my comments are helpful.  EWH
