can i get hiv by kissing and having cuts

a girl and i made out 3 to4 times and it was less than 15 each,later i discovered i had small cuts inside my mouth.they were not bleeding i believe,i did not see blood or tasted any blood,im sacred that if she had blood and the blood got into my cut.during kissing i did not recall tasting any blood..i dont know what to believe.she did suck my penis 3 times but i dont beleive nothing happend there,but i dont know....its been about 4 weeks since the exposure......im just wondereing do you believe i got hiv from that?..and should i get tested 5 weeks from esposure?..please help me man..im scared as helll.................

Kissing and receiving oral sex is no risk for HIV.

i dont know if she had hiv..i dont believe she had though.hopefully she didnt
