Hi,

Plz help me. I think I am going to die out of fear. 4 weeks back I had sex with a sex worker. I was totally drunk thats why I did that stupid thing. I didn't use condom first, inserted halfway through, then immediately took back and used a condom.
I started worrying from the next day. On the second day I had mild sore throat and fever which lasted for 2 days. took some antibiotics. after that small rashes started apperaring. 3 each on my left hand and right hand. also 4-5 rashes on back below neck. it was red in color one was of smooth, semisphere shape and others were like very rough surface. I was also feeling some kind of burning sensation on my back, hands and legs.
I started reading on HIV symptoms and felt like i am infected. Then i had mild diarrhea for 3 weeks. I was scared to consult any doctor. I was drinking more water to make sure that I am not getting dehydrated. for last 3 days i dont have any diarrhea.
Some times i have some muscle pain also especially on legs.
i also found small red spots on my hands and feel it when touching and dissappears after 2 days. it happened 3-4 places
I am scared like anything. am i infected? are the symptoms like this?
the rashes i had - is it of hiv type? how many rashes will be there for hiv? a few or many distributed allover the body?
is diarrhea an HIV symptom? in my case diarrhea was there for 3 weeks coming and going. i was going to toilet once or twice a day only but it was loose stool.
Some body please help me to understand the actual symptoms and please answer my questions.

Thanks for your kind words. gr8 relief for me. I will never do this mistake again in my life. I will go and do a 3month test.

Like Teak said, your symptoms do not suggest HIV.
The chances you got it are low.
Get tested if you are worried, a 3 month test is all you need.

HIV is harder to transmit from female to male. Your symptoms came on to quick to have anything to do with HIV. Symptoms or the lack of symptoms is not a way to diagnose HIV infection. HIV has no specific symptoms. You had an exposure, but it's more possible to have contracted an STD. Contact your local STD clinic for their advice. Always use condoms consistently and with plenty of water base lube.
