Non-sexual transmission

Hi,

I know a similar question of mine has been answered recently, but just putting it up again since this has really scared me and I can't seem to get it out of my head, so wanted to put some more details and ask if I should get tested again or am I required to seek mental health help..I'm in the habit of cleaning toilet seat with a bunch of clean toilet roll, I wet one end, hold the dry end, and clean it. I did the same last week, and although the seat was clean and dry, plus my fingers nevery came in contact with the part of toilet roll that came in contact with the seat, I happened to pick my nose and saw some blood in it. This has ripped my life apart for the last 2 weeks. I'm married and have never touched another woman...but this incident is playing havoc on my mind. I thought maybe it was god's way of telling me that I need to get tested as i might've contracted it earlier..I even got tested and was negative of course. Now most people say that HIV can't get transferred this way, a few people say it might, and no one has ever said specifically how long HIV can survive outside its host. I've started losing weight and can't eat or even think straight anymore..I love my family and don't want to catch this horrific virus..Can you please help put my mind to ease? Is there even a slight chance of me catching it with this incidence? (I'm sure the seat was dry, and I'm sure that my fingers never touched the part of toilet roll that cleaned the seat, although my finger may've come in contact with some wet part of the toilet roll, but not the part which was in direct contact with the seat). Also, I didn't feel a cut in my nose, there was a fresh clot and a little blood in both nostrils, so the cut or bleeding itself must be way up somewhere..This is the exact situation. Now a part of me knows if such indirect contact cud spread the virus, half the world wud have it by now, but the fear in my mind lingers, and I need to know for sure..Do you think there might be a slight chance, or would you advise that I see a mental health expert? I'll really appreciate your advise...Thanks and keep up the worthy cause...

Sorry I know I'm annoying and I don't want to. So you mean it can't happen that way, right? I should forget about this?
