Odds of getting HIV by Oral Sex and Fingering

Hi, 12 days ago I had an encounter with a sex worker here in Peru, I was really really drunk, but I remember using a condom , but this is what happened , I perform oral sex only  , (I knew that a bad thing to do to  a Sex worker but I was drunk) the I fingered her ***** but next day I notice that I had an open blister in one finger, also she fingered my anus , I dont remember if I eyaculated , more shure that I didnt due to my drunkness , any way Its been 12 days ago and Im having some kind of cold , but i forgot to mention I had some cold during the exposure I this is the same the remains , I dont know, should I get tested, what test I should get here in Peru, Im quit with alcohol , I didnt know what I was capable of when I am drunk, so please tell me what should I do , about this exposure,
PD: I call this girl days after  (Sex worker) and She said calmly chill out that she is clean, also the club (from  this sex worker is) is one of the most prestige of the city , any way without a papper result no one knows

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had no risk and do not need to test,  I read your questions completely, and there is NOTHING you can add to this scenario that would make it a risk for HIV.  Please do not mention the blisters in a follow up comment, because I did read that - no risk.   Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV because you had NO RISK.
