Skin Rash Public Region after Protected Sex

Just recently I had protected sex with a woman. We had sex on the Friday night and the Saturday night. On Sunday afternoon when taking a shower I noticed that on my public region or lower stomach I had red spots, they were not raised nor were they painful or ichy. They were little and a few of them. I figured since my partner was shaved and we had long hours of sex it could be an irritation, but I am also concerned it could be an STD, although I was protected. There are no other signs other than my public region. I have been using Cortizone and they seem to be fading, although they haven't gone away. Was wondering if you could suggest if it could be an STD this soon after sex, or do my symptoms look like something else?

"Just recently I had protected sex with a woman"

This is an HIV forum and based on your above statement, you were at no risk for HIV.  Post in the STD forum for some good advice on your situation.

BTW, you should keep your "public" region private if you are nervous about sex.  Just kidding.

Have a great day.

This is an HIV forum not the STD forum. See your doctor if you have a concern.
