Oral Sex with TS Escort

Doctors

I would be grateful for any advice on my possible exposure and whether or not I need to worry or get tested.

Five days ago I had an encounter with a Pre Op Ts Escort. It was after some alcohol so I was intoxicated but not totally inebriated. Basically the activities engaged in were mutual masturbation (just me to ejaculation), oral sex (which I think was covered both ways) and an aborted attempt at covered insertive anal sex (me as the penetrator....no penetration occurred as I wasn't able to maintain an erection).

The escort didn't ejaculate. My worries are around the oral, which as I said as far as I am aware was covered both ways. If it wasn't is there a need to worry/test?!?! There seems to be some conflicting opinions on the net (which I know is ripe for finding whatever you want)I assume the failed penetrative act is a no risk?!?!

I had a similar experience earlier in the month this time with definite uncovered oral performed by me on a pre op TS with no ejaculation and the doctor I spoke with said there was no risk of HIV transmission unless there was a large cut in my mouth but prescribed Zithromax for other STDs which he said were much more likely. He told me not to worry about HIV in this type of situation.

So on the basis of the above info do you think I need to worry/test for HIV?!?!
