Oral scare

Hi guys. About 100 days ago I had unprotected oral sex with a man and he ejaculated in my mouth. I've had no symptoms at all but now I am reading all these things online I think I have swollen nodes behind my knees and groin area or maybe I'm paranoid. I've had bleeding gums in the past. Do you think I could be infected? I don't know the status of the guy.

Oral sex is not a risk, with or without protection.

The risks are:
1) having unprotected vaginal or anal sex,
OR
2) sharing intravenous drug equipment with another intravenous drug user.

Your bleeding gums don't change this assessment, and neither do your swollen nodes.  You had no risk and do not need to test.
