should i even be concerned?

thursday i was at a zoo and i didnt notice i got a scrape until about 3 hours later. there was also a dot of dry blood about the size of this o on the wound. what would be the risk of hiv if it wasnt my blood but hiv + blood and when (if) it was fresh it got on my wound when it was open? do i need to get tested"
