I used the towel where eventually I saw some spots of blood on it

Today, I took a shower in the office, and I used the towel which was inside the bathroom.
It took me almost more than 10 minutes to complete my shower. After shower, I used that towel.
Eventually, I realized that, there were some dark blood spot and I am very afraid that if those blood has some HIV viruses. I have couple of pimples on my face and back too.
I am very afraid!!
Please help me!

HIV does not survive outside its living host. Therefore, you cannot be infected by inatimate objects or surfaces. You had no risk and there is nothing you can add to your question that will change this fact. No risk, period.

If this was the case, HIV would be tremendously more common than it is right now. In North America, only 0.5% of the population is infected...
HIV does not survive temperature and humidity changes, it loses its ability to contaminate almost right after it is outside of its host body.
