Oral

My BF is HIV+, I am not.  I worry about him going down on me because he has some cavities.  Am I correct in that only if he has bleeding gums I would be at risk of transmission ?

Well Ella to reply to that, you dont have a choice who you fall in love with. I loved the man before I knew he had the disease.  Should I ignore that.  I am totally aware of the risks, thus so Is why I put this particular question on here.

Please note the dates of original threads when posting a response. I would encourage you to educate yourself concerning the HIV virus, transmission, and Serodiscordant Relationships. With the proper precautions, mixed-status couples can have a normal and full sex life.

There is virtually no risk in him giving you oral, regardless of the details. Nobody has ever been infected this way.

Dear you catch HIV only if there is blood to blood contact or semen to semen contact.
