Are you having sex w/men and women?  There is no real risk of hiv when recieving uprotected oral sex.  However, if you engage in anal sex w/other men, you should always ask his hiv status.  Since hiv is more likely in gay/bi sexual men that will keep you extra safe.  I do realize you used a condom in your previous thread, so you were protected against hiv.  However, always ask the status of the man or the prostitute before engaging in any kind of sexual behaviour.

Hey Freakin Out,

Hope you are feeling better. If you search the HIV Prevention forum, you will see many, many questions that are very similar to yours. The doc has said, in every case that I've read about, that your own assessment is correct: it is never been proven that anyone, in the history of HIV, has contracted HIV from being on the receiving end of fellatio.

Sounds like low risk to me. Sounds like pretty long odds in your favor.
