When is conclusive for HIV? I'm new to this..

Hi,
I had an unprotected anal sex and oral sex with my Ex-Boyfriend and he was my first. We did anal sex 5 times and we did NOT us condom or lubrication. I know this is a stupid act that I made I'm regretting it everyday. I was a "virgin" before I met him so I'm so paranoid and anxious right now about my standings on HIV and STD.

Our first sexual (anal and oral intercourse) was last December 11, 2009 and our last was on December 19, 2009 after our last intercourse I felt a tear or crack on my anus because he was a bit rough and we didn't use any condom and lubrication, only his saliva. after that I felt the pain or tear on my anus for about a couple of days and after the pain was gone, I felt a slight tingling effect on the healing wound/tear on my anus...the tingling effect was not bothering me at all, it doesn't make me wanna scratch it (and my friends told me that the tingling effect is just because of the wound/tear that is healing on my anus). the tingling effect last for about two weeks and now I don't feel it anymore. I'm very scared about the fact of having HIV or STD so I'm always praying that I didn't get any of those. I wanna get tested but I wanna know WHEN is the right time to get tested. When is the right time where I can get Conclusive results on getting HIV or STD test? is it within a month? after 3months? or after 6 months?

by the way, I don't feel any severe symptoms it's just that the slight tingling effect on my anus that lasted for about 2 weeks and that's it, and a tension headache because of STRESS that I've been having for about weeks...it's been almost a month and I DON'T have/feel any fever, diarrhea, swollen lymph nodes, sores, blisters etc. I'm just worried and want's to know when is the right perfect time to get a conclusive, accurate HIV or STD result.

Thanks

6-8 weeks will give a good "indication" of your status...3 months is CONCLUSIVE.

What happens if I get tested next week, so it's gonna be a month after my last exposure,  will the results be reasonable? especially if it shows negative?

and I forgot, I don't feel the headache (at the back of my head) anymore, the headache starts when I couldn't sleep and thinking about these crazy stuffs. the headache at the back of my head usually happens in the morning when I wake up , but I don't have the headache anymore because I'm making myself relax and I'm trying to be optimistic and positive about everything :) But I still wanna get tested soon and can you please answer the questions that I wrote above and what can you say about it...Thanks :)

3 months, post your LAST exposure, will give you a RELIABLE and CONCLUSIVE hiv test result.
