help me understand PLEASE

Last night i receive oral from a man i met online, we tlk and he said he was clean. so we met he gave me oral. i know oral is either low or none risky. my worry is that im a uncut/un-circumsize guy here, and when the skin pulls back that line of skin of course is still attach, and when i was showering (last night) i was cleaning up and it hurt , burning. maybe his mouth gave me a cut. so if he had HIV, STD can i get it through that cut that burns?? hope i made it clear thank you all for your time.
