PEP follow up

I had experienced a condom brake in USA three months ago during receptive anal sex. 68 hours late I have started a PEP treatment including Truvada and Kaletra for 28 day. I have complete the treatment sticking rigorously to the time frame for medication intake. During this time I have experienced many side effects. After stopping the medication I have experienced increased and uneven heart rate, joints pain, diarrhea, stomach pain , light head. Each o the has lasted for number of days replaced by another just to be back in a two weeks frame. This is going for more than a month. I have tested 3 times (last time week ago) and the tests are negative. Is it possible that this is due to the PEP or it is sign of HIV infection.

I am now back in my country with extremely low rate of HIV and no real experts to help me.
Please help

Thank you for your comment. You have given me a great relief I needed after struggling with this issue for more that 3 month already.

You can test at 3 months after your last dose of PEP for a conclusive result. However, your symptoms do not resemble those of acute HIV infection.
