For someone that never had a risk your test results were always going to be negative.
You never had an exposure and didn't need testing.
Your result was negative, that's really all you need to know. The rest of the wording just explains what the test is looking for.

Your post is a bit difficult to follow. If I understand correct, the cut-off point is 0.25? And your antibody result is 0.07 and your antigen result is 0.00?
If my understanding is correct, then you are HIV negative.
Maybe, I would suggest you should check with your doctor that performed the test for you. Didn't he/she interpret the result for you? Or you did the test through online service? If's that's the case, please contact the lab or the person that handles the test for clear result interpretation.
