Paranoid

My brother in law and I were recently foolishly playing with knives and we both sustained minor cuts on our hands. We both cleaned ourselves up right away after a few throws. There was no visible blood on the knife and we didnt come in contact with each others wounds. Should I be worrying. As far as I know we are both HIV free.
