A stupid mistake

I have made a stupid mistake in my life.
Two and half  (2 1/2) months back I received Unprotected Blowjob from Nigerian Prostitute for like 10 -12 minutes (Continues until i ejaculate in her mouth)
She was Negative at one week after Exposure but found Positive when re tested at 8 weeks,
That means when she gave me blowjob , that time she was Infected and her Viral load must be high.
Because i had consumed lot of alcohol , i did not noticed her mouth for blood .
Since She is Positive now, I am very much afraid.
Please let me know my risk.
I was tested  Negative at same time (8 weeks)  but because i was on PEP (which was given to me after 8 days of exposure) doctor told me to wait for another 2-3 months for my conclusive test.
Please tell me my chances of HIV because my wife is coming to Nigeria next week to stay with me (From India)
I don't want to pass virus to my wife because  I have small son of 1 year and if i pass this to her nobody will be there to take care of him.

for future reference...nPEP needs to be started within 72 hours...NOT 8 days.

no one here can diagnose what is causing your muscle pain, but my guess will be anxiety.  yes, anxiety can cause very real physical symptoms.

if you are having health concerns, see a dr...its NOT hiv related.

As a respected senior moderators can you please let me know the cause of on and off muscle pain.

Since Nursegirl had assured me that i will not catch HIV by Oral sex, i was not worried about it until this muscle pain started along with sore throat.

I know still your answer will be same that i wont get HIV by oral sex. I just want to take your advice on what can be the reason for getting on and off muscle pain?
Its coming and going  within few seconds

Can it be AFTER PEP side effect?

You received a blow job. Get over it. You're not going to catch HIV from a blow job. See a doctor if you have symptoms that concern you.

Since last 4 days i am observing on and off Muscle pain.
It is coming and going. Its not much painful but yes i can feel small pain sensation when it happens.
It lasts for few seconds at one place
It is happening on all joints, muscles and fingures of my hands and legs.

I never had this type of On and Off Muscle pain before.

Also having sore throat since today morning .

Can they be symptoms of Serocoversion?

Please reply because I NEVER HAD such muscle pain before.

Medical is TOO POOR in this country.
The person gave me PEP was not even a doctor.
It was  a pharmacist.
Hence to get any advice here is very very difficult and nobody is here to discuss who knows the subject properly.
But a words from professional like you who is in this field for several years have really gave me comfort after a long time of more than 2 months
