scratched between a gap of second or in same second

Dear Sir
I m from Mumbai(India) here we share auto(a vehicle which is used in daily routine) it carried minimum 3 passenger at a time. A person ahead of me was entered in auto followed by me but when I was entering I noticed back of neck I got scratched with one of metal /Plastic was on above at entering gate of auto.

Now I have doubt whether the passenger ahead me was scratched as well or not?? I know HIV virus is very fragile but it is possible to ineffective within a gap of second.

Please answer I m tensed!!!!!

you can be more specific as you know it is anxiety which wants clear result anyway I take it no transmission from above situation as it was object involve not directly transmitted blood anyway thanks

R u saying first ahead me was scratched & started bleeding n I just behind & scratched with the same object within second & stared bleeding then also no HIV transmisson??
