Pimple question in regards to white blood cells

Can open pimples be more suseptible to hiv fuilds (if exposed) because they contain white blood cells. It seems like it would make sense because they have CD4 cells which is what HIV infects.

Dear Teak, would you please explain a little more? I am so worried about my situation with a popped pimple on my chin that may contact with nipple secretion...  It is known that the herpes increase the risk because of CD4 cell ... How about the pus in the pimple? is there CD4 to be the target or immune system in the pus fight the virus?
THANKS A MILLION!!!!!!!
