Pimple scare!

I had a big boil on my back.i mean they come and go.i have to use anti bacterial cream or use heat to remove these boils.they bleed a lot...and I mean really lot.a few days ago while they were bleeding and there was a little pus on these spots.assuming I had exposure of blood on these boils can hiv spread this way?
Also is these type of wound be considered an open wound..I mean I never required stitches I guess..but they bleed a lot.

No assuming anything. Unless you had unprotected sex or shared a needle you had no risk.
