Hi Joggen,
Thank you so much.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
But the virus is in the fluid which cannot contact air. And even it contacts some air, it can lose infectious so fast??
Oh, it means when my friend pulled out his penis, the virus (in vaginal fluid)on the condom loose its infectious at once. Although his inserted his penis into 2nd gril's vaginal in 2-3 senconds after pulling out from the 1st one... right?
HIV does not remain infectious outside the human body.
As my friend really doesn't want to harm the 2nd girl. If it was risk, he will advise the 2nd girl to take PEP.
Dear Joggen,
Thanks for your reply. As I m not from an English spoken country. So I m not very understand what teak meant.
For my understanding, there was some infected vaginal fluid on the condom from the fisrt girl who was infected hiv. and the infected vaginal fluid entered the other girl's vaginal. Why the second girl didnt have any hiv risk pls?
Teak answered your question.
Hi Teak, understand my friend doesn't have any risk of hiv As he used condom to protect himself. But it was the 3p. One of the girls might HIV positive. Is there any risk of the other girl? As my friend didn't change the condom during the sex with the 2 girls. He pulled out his penis from the first girl vaginal and insert to the 2nd girl's at once. The 2nd girl doesn't have hiv risk even the 1st girl is hiv positive?? Why?
Your friend did not have an exposure and the girls didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.
