usually the lancet for the rapid HIV test is for single use only,it cannot be used again as it get retracted after single use.

Hi...her status is negative this time..but due to multiple partner and i dont klnow when she had her last risky encounter. And due to window period she is negative this time..is the same needle which is very small to just blood out from finger tip can cause infection....i just called lab technician and he says he dont use same needle for two people which is very expl.ametry..but i want to know worst case inthis as i am going to get married next month...plzzz advise...
There is NO possibility of infection from testing needle.
They are well trained personnel.
And your friend test is also negative,even if the same needle is used ,there is no risk.
