In real trouble

Friends few hours back i had sex with a csw. It was protected sex till i ejaculated inside condom and it was intact . After ejaculation i lost my erection and condom became bit loose and my semen was on my penis shaft. Csw removed condom with tissue . I noticed white discharge around her vagina and on my base of penis . She wiped it on the top of penis that fluid in intention of cleaning it. Then she gave me another tissue to clean it. I cleaned it .. it all happend in seconds.now m really really worried..please tell.me wat should i do now

You aren't "in real trouble."  You're in no trouble at all as you had zero risk for HIV.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.  Nothing else you can think of, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV, no matter what.  There is no detail you could add that would make this a risk for HIV.

This incident happened just hour ago. Should i take prep ? M really scared. Could that vaginal fluid enter through the base of condom
Please re-read the advice provided by Curfewx.  You had no risk so there is no reason to seek prep or any other medication.

I think that fluid came in contact with tip of penis
