Is this an exposure to hiv or not?

I want the opinion from the HIV community. About 10 days ago I had sex with a sex worker in the UK. She said me she is std free (but one never knows). I had unprotected oral, my intercourse (vaginal) was protected and lasted less than 10 minutes. Before ejaculating, I removed my penis from her vagina and the condom looked intact. However, I noticed some menstrual blood in the tip of the condom. I removed the condom and masturbate myself (I do not remember if I used the same hand that I touched the condom). My question is: Is it possible that my hand transferred some infected fluids to my penis by the contact with her menstrual and vaginal fluids in the condom?
