HIV or any STD/I from oral sex presemenal fluid

I am a 30yr old male.
Few hours ago I gave/received unprotected oral sex with a trans escort in South Asia.

She didn't ejaculate in my mouth and the oral sex didn't go for more than 2 minutes but I am assuming she spilled presemenal fluid in my mouth.

After the oral sex I did mouthwash and saw some blood in my saliva, this really concerned me I usually have gum bleeding when I brush my teeth but this looked like it is from the throat.

The escort said she is diease free but at this point I am too concerned to take her word for it.  I understand how ignorant this statement is.

Is it possible to get HIV or any STI from this encounter?  Which happened less than 12 hours ago?

If yes, is there anything I can do now?  As a "post" infection prevention? If there is such a thing.

Thank you

You had no HIV risk and a test will be a waste of time.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.

Best answers on std are on that forum, but there is nothing you can do to reverse any std risk at this point, and you can't have HIV.

Thank you very much for your comprehensive answer.

Regarding STD risks, antibiotics shouldn't be taken before tests?  Any recommendations for the earliest STD test? When would the earliest symptom can be detected?

Thank you very much
I meant there is an std forum. You should ask questions there.
