Stitches on my face

Hello,

Yesterday I fell down and cut my face open while skating, I went straight to the hospital and required stitches on my chin to close the cut and a Band-Aid on the stitches, which dr. told me to take off today. I took the Band-Aid off this morning, so my stitches were still on my chin.

today I met an acquaintance in front of my gym, we had numerous casual contact (hugging, kissing on the mouth, he kissed me by my stitches (or directly on it), etc.).

afterwards, I realized I am not too sure abt his hiv status.  he could have just shaved and had open wounds/blood on his face while we were kissing, hugging, etc. and this could have come into contact with my stitches.

is there any risk?
