Hi Doctor/Everyone,

I have a question/concern that is killing me for a few days now.  I had a protected sex with a sex worker from Thailand.  I know that I am stupid and doing this, I am 32yrs and never done this in my entire life, but apparently due to loneliness, my officemate was able to convince me to try.  With my stupidity I decided to try.. Please answer all of my questions below as this are the question in my mind that is killing me for days now.

1.  The sex worker suck and I think bite my left nipple a bit, while giving me a hand job, without condom.  I know that during that time, no blood my nipple she just bitting it a bit..  I dont why I am so stupid not to stop her from doing that.

2.  Since I am so tense during the encounter, I only had haft erection, she  gave me ******** but with a condom on.. (i dont know the brand of the condom, but I think it was thick enough to think it a safe one.)  Having said the half erected penis, I was able to penetrate her for less than a minute with a condom on but again half erect penis.  Then suddenly I totally lost my erection, then decided to stop for a minute then tried penetrating her again but cant do it anymore since my penis is not erected, I decided to stop and I check the condom, there seems to be a bubble on the tip of the condom when I stop.

3.  Having said the bubble on the tip of the condom, would that mean that her vaginal fluid was able to enter on the condom?

4. Question 4, As I have mentioned above I only have half erected penis when I enter her, would the condom still effective considering no erection anymore or half erected?

I apologize for the way I write, english is not my 1st language, I hope I explain enough.  Really really need your assistance on this as it's been killing me for days now, I am unable to function well at work and I am unable to sleep as well.  My encounter was august 10, 2009 and since then it's bettering me alot.   By the way doc everyone, I havent ejaculated at all due to no erection and tension, she tried giving me hand job while we're resting.   Also added to this, I was not able to check the condom whether it has a pin hole or not.   I know that I am stupid in thinking I should go back there and check the condom knowing they have already thrown it away.   Your answer is very much appreciated as anxiety is killing me right now.  Looking forward to get your answer on this.

swollen lymph nodes happen for many different reasons. your risk has been told to you and if you can't move past it maybe see a therapist for some help.

but the swollen lymph node on my left armpit? is that nothing? sorry for keep on bothering you for this question.  really don't know what to do and what to think.

Yeah it sounds like you might be having a small anxiety attack.

You did not have a risk for HIV...move on from this.

I am also feel really hot inside right now and it's really unconfortable.  Hope you can enlighten me on my condition right now.

To Teak and Lizzie,

I think I have a swollen Lymp node on my left armpit.  I am really scared now, is this a symptoms of HIV? I dont feel well as well right now.  I feel like I will be sick tomorrow for this.
