Protected Sex with an escort and chances of HIV and other STDs

Hi, my name is Rich and I'm 27 years old healthy male. Yesterday I had protected Sex with an escort in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and I have been unable to sleep or function normally. Allow me to go to the details: when I met her she seemed quite energetic and warm and and did not look/seem unhealthy. So before we went into action, we both used Listerine mouthwash and then we headed into shower and and she pressed her back against my genitlas under the shower and I started slowly rubbing my penis (without condom) against her bottom and maybe only inside the gap (I apologize for explicit detials as I merely intend to give the full accurate account of what had happened). Then we used towels and headed to bed. Then she rubbed herself with some lotion (I don't know the type of the function of the lotion, I think maybe it was a lubricant). By this time I still have not applied condom to my penis. She asked me to rub my penis around around and inside the bottom area, particularly around the mabye inside the gap. I did, but I don't remember or at least don't remeber if I ever felt I penetrated her anus. After 2-3 minutes she performed oral sex on my penis, but I did not ejaculate and she went for like 4-5 minutes and in the heat of the moment I did not ask her to apply condom first and then proceed to oral sex (again without ejaculation from my Part). And I feel stupid about it becuase I fear that it may have posed an HIV transmission threat (still I'm not an expert on this issue). At this time she lightly kissed my lips and I asked her to apply the condom on my penis. She did and before I insert my penis I observed marks like those when you shave the area above and around the gentials (pubic hair) after shaving and I asked her right away what those marks were and (I'm in the heat of the moment and cannot 100 recall word by word what she said) but I belive she said that those were besically the result of shaving her pubic hair anf nothing to worrt about. So I continued and remained missionary with condom on for 2-3 minutes and then she asked me to change position and she said from behind (doggy) anf I did and again she asked me to go harder and again I did until I released and then started chatting. At this moment I forgot to take off the condom from my penis and it remained attached for 5-7 minutes until I took it off and wiped it with some kind of wet tissue. Before I leave thr room again my fear hit me and I asked her if she was safe and all and she assured me that she was safe and there was nothing to worry about and she conducts regular health checks and that everything is okay.

So this was exactly what happened, however there are a few issues that I ask the medical experts on this site to take note of: 1. Was the rubbing of my penis without condom (though with lotion/lubricant) around and inside the area of her bottom and not direclt inside her anus dangerous in terms of HIV or Std transmission?
2. When she performed ** without condom on my penis, I suspect some even miniscule amount of precum or whatever the substance is called could have been released inside her mouth. Is it dangerous?
3. Follow up on the 2ND question,  she kissed me on my lips but not deep kiss and again at the end before I reached climax at the doggy style I still kissed her and we definantly exchnaged saliva, however for only a few seconds. Was this dangerous regarding HIV transmission and Std?

4. Before I went into action, I had not eaten good healthy food like green vegtables and fruits for two days and around an hour before the session I had experienced diarrhea. Last night before going to bed I felt like I needed to go to the bathroom and I got hit by diarrhea and until 3-4 am I suffered from a few bouts of diarrhea and by this time I became extremely nervous and stressful that I might have gotten something bad (God forbids, like HIV)  because some websites noted that diarrhea might be a symptom to something scary! So I have been unable to sleep and basically function noramlly since last night due to fear of having gotten in my body. My question is that, should I be worried about diarrhea as a symptom for something I may or may not have acquired?

5. How would you assess the overall threat level in terms of HIV Std transmission based on what I have described?

So bisically. Am I in danger or any sort?

Thank you very much and appriciate your medical advice.

Please don't apologize for your post.......we all prefer too much information to too little when we are trying to assess a persons risk.

Is your diarrhea getting better? I hope so! Montezuma's Revenge has ruined millions of vacations.......

Also do not apologize for your anxiety..........our minds our very powerful and can derail us from logic very easily. It was very smart for you to post your concerns to us so we could help you relax.

But you state that "So far everything has been okay, no symptom of any major disease that I can think of has emerged after two days (fingers crossed)"

PLEASE let this kind of thinking go! You NEVER had a risk and nothing is going to suddenly jump out of the woodwork and attack you!

Maybe I shouldn't say that until you've tried the Bak Kut Teh! (Keep the Pepto Bismal handy!

Now please relax and enjoy the rest of your stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Play safe out there!

If the condom was properly used the risk is null. Carry on with your life!

Sorry that my answer will not be of the epic proportions as your questions.

You had protected vaginal sex and the condom did not break.
YOU HAD ZERO RISK FOR HIV.

Rubbing your penis around or even in-between her buttocks is NOT a risk for HIV. There is NO WAY you could have penetrated her anally and NOT KNOW. The anal sphincter muscle is very tight, you would have to exert more pressure for anal sex than vaginal. Your penis is not going to just fall into her rectum!

Her shaved pubic area is NOT a risk.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV but CAN be for other STD's like gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis etc. I would suggest you get tested for STD's. (There has NEVER been a proven HIV infection from oral)

You're in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and got diarrhea. I don't know what Montezuma's Revenge is called in Malaysia, but I'm about 100% sure you got it. Get hold of some Pepto Bismol or Imodium, or ask the local chemist what they recommend to stop diarrhea. Drink lot's of BOTTLED water to avoid dehydration, and drinks like Gatorade if you can get that over there as your electrolytes get depleted with diarrhea. Eat a bland diet to give your gut a rest and see a doctor if it doesn't stop after 4 days. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIV.

You NEVER had a risk for HIV.
You need to consider being checked for other STD's

Oh, and when your diarrhea clears up, I highly recommend you try the Bak Kut Teh. (YUMMY)

Hi,

Thank you for your quick answer RubyWitch. Actually I had never heard of Montezuma's Revenge, so I looked it up and it makes sense that I may have very well hit by it for sure. Again, I apologize for the unusally detailed account (it clearly shows how much paranoid I had become!!), about my encounter that I described in my post. So far everything has been okay, no symptom of any major disease that I can think of has emerged after two days (fingers crossed ;)) and upon reading your answer, I feel quite assured that I'm fine and there's nothing to worrt about. I should not have let my anxiety (and midnight cold sweat ) to get the best of me if you know what I mean, but it doesn't hurt to ask individuals for their opinions who are more informed on these issues than avarage Joes like me.
