Semen and HIV. Help please..

Hello you guys, I recently have a mutual masturbation with a guy. We meet in a toilet and we decide to go into the same room. I jerk off mine and he his, so we don't touch each others because I'm scared of STDs. BUT THE PROBLEM IS when he finishes, his semen(just little drops) splashes to my tip of penis and my penis. I just wipe it with my hand because there're no tissue paper and water. I'm very scared I will be infected HIV+

Is it risk?? Please help meeeeeeeeeeee!

Why because HIV is not transmitted outside the body, from minimal fluids, from masterbation with fluids...it is no risk.
