Virulence and methods of transmission are two completely separate functions. Oral sex is not, and will not become, a method of transmission for HIV.
We do not ask a lot of people who post here, but we do ask that they at least read the responses. As I mentioned, virulence has nothing to do with method of transmission. For example, when COVID became more virulent (easier to transmit), it didn't suddenly become transmissible via the feet. It just became easier to catch via airborne transmission.
NOTHING will change the methods by which HIV is transmitted.
