hanshakes with a cut

Went to play succer and cut my hand with 2 small cuts during the game. (One tiny one in my palm and one under my finger that bleeded quite a bit) and after the game i shook hands with evryone. They were all swaty. Didnt think much but that eavining i learned that one of the team members had a cross infection a year ago (hiv and hpv). I am not sure if he had a cut during the game but assuming he did. What do i do i am worryed.

This was a no risk event. There is no risk for HIV from shaking hands, even when either you, the other person or both of you have open cuts. There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing. EWH
