Hi guys
I recently have been exposed to somebody’s blood on a cup with my mouth
At that time i had a sore in my mouth
Do i have any risk of contracting HIV in this case?

No risk and you are so safe that you don't even have to test. Millions of people have HIV and don't have to put their clothes and plates in sterilizers, because HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva so it can't infect anyone else from this kind of contact.

AnxiousNoMore would please recommend me how to deal and get rid off this issue
You can talk to your doctor or see a therapist. But there is no chance you can get HIV this way because it is a fragile virus outside the human body and is unlike a cold which is able to live on a cup if someone coughs on it. People in sports crash into each other every game and draw blood but no one ever gets HIV this way.

You have never read about anyone getting hIV from touching someone else's blood or clothes or cuts etc. so that should give you a good idea that no one gets it this way.
The only non-sex risk for HIV is sharing needles that you inject with, so there isn't anything else that I can say, other than talk it over with your doctor.
Thank you so much
You guys are doing a good job
