Welcome to our Forum. This was a no risk event, like all episodes of mutual masturbation. In mutual masturbation scrapes and cuts commonly occur as a result of the manual stimulation and partners typically get each other's genital secretions on one another, including their cuts and scrapes. While you can argue about the theoretical risks associated with the events you describe, the fact is that no one has ever been documented to acquired HIV in this way and there have been millions of instances of mutual masturbation.
In your own case, unless there is something that you have not mentioned, you do not even know that your partner had HIV and it is statistically unlikely that he did.
I would not worry about the event you describe. I see no medical reason for concern or for testing. I hope these comments are helpful to you. EWH

confused after reading the answer was started.
This is not a debate. Our responses on the Forum are based on scientific data. You seem to want me to tell you that the activity you have described placed you at meaningful risk for HIV. I'm. Not going to do that. If you want to test , go do it.
As I told you before, there are NO proven cases in which HiIV has been proven to be transmitted through mutual masturbation- NONE!. Sexual transmission of HIV has been demonstrated as a result of penetrative genital, ano-genital, and vert rarely active oral intercourse. In these sorts of exposures, being uncircumcised has been shown to increase risk by about 50%. EWH
Sorry Dr. I am sorry Im still a little bit confused.
If I got some of his semen under my foreskin as I am uncircumcised, and it remained there until the next morning. And the head of my penis was a little rough from the masturbation. There is still NO risk.
Am I correct. Also in what situation would being uncircumsized increase hiv risk.
Im sorry for the follow up question Dr. I have very little knowledge over hiv transmission.
There are no data to change my opinion or advice. EWH
There is one thing I forgot to input in my previous question that is also bothering me. I am uncircumcised, I adjusted my foreskin with the same hand and I believe there was some of his semen under my foreskin as I did not ejaculate. I have read that the skin under the foreskin is susceptible to hiv. Would this of caused a risk.
And the cut on my hand was deep enough that it was probably not caused during the manual stimulation but through another activity and probably did bleed at the time it occurred.
