NO I am satisfied with Teaks answer on the toothbrush it just amazes me that the mind can cause all these things..... YOu read about people have all theses symptoms----especially things like night sweats and mouth ulcers(cancer soars) fatigue etc-----its amazing----
Of course....over and over and over. There was a study done...about people who sought medical attention in ERs for what they perceived to be ARS symptoms...over 99% of those people tested negative for HIV. The symptoms commonly seen in early acute HIV infection are very commonly seen in about a million other every day illnesses...therefore it is literally impossible to ever give creedance to "HIV" symptoms. And yes, anxiety causes all of those symptoms and then some.
As we already told you, you never had a risk. Living with an HIV + person will put you at no more risk than living with a negative person, unless of course, you were having sex with them, or sharing IV drugs.
I strongly recommend you seeking some help for the anxiety...and if you cannot get past the worry, I recommend you finding somewhere else to live...as your friend probably doesn't need the constant reminder that he's infected, not to mention all you're doing is feeding into the misinformation about how HIV is transmitted. It's not a virus that is transmitted by casual contact..it's not like a cold or the flu. You literally have to have sex with someone to get it. It's as simple as that.
